The project is a two storey 2,688 SM steel structure building in Surrey B.C. for the Fraser Health Authority. The primary use is to provide new premises for the Creekside Health Management Centre, a substance abuse rehabilitation and counseling facility. In addition to this new tenant space was provide for a Daytox program as well as Human Resources.
