Knowledge of Revit and Autocad an asset
10+ years experience required

Excellent design ability and presentation skills
Clear thinker, organized, self-driven
Professional degree in Architecture
Good work ethics and a strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, able to work collaboratively
Passionate designer, dynamic and energetic, always curious about new things
Bilingual in English and Chinese is not a must but highly preferred

Minimum 2 year College diploma or University degree from a recognized architectural program
2 years progressive work experience in an architectural office
Excellent working knowledge of REVIT and Dynamo
Ability to read 2D working drawings
Understanding of common building components and how they are assembled to form a completed building
Multitasking, project management and leadership skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable communicating in working groups of various sizes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Programming background is a benefit but not a requirement
Understanding BIM for Facility Management is a benefit, but not a requirement

Master student or undergraduate student above grade 4, majoring in Architecture;
Minimum 3 months, 6 months and longer preferred;
Good design sensitivity;
Proficient with 3D modeling software or physical modeling;
Previous working experience preferred.
