Baotou Cultural Center is a key construction project in Baotou, which together with Baotou Museum and Baotou Library forms the Baotou Cultural Square. The design of Baotou Cultural Square is inspired by the hada in Mongolian culture.

Baotou Cultural Center is a key construction project in Baotou, which together with Baotou Museum and Baotou Library forms the Baotou Cultural Square. The design of Baotou Cultural Square is inspired by the hada in Mongolian culture. Hadar is a silk fabric used by the Mongolian people as a ceremonial item and is essential for social activities to show respect and congratulations. The main entrance side of the building expresses the draping and stacking effect of the hada, a silk fabric, through its structure, skin and materials, and uses this Characteristically, it subtly forms the main entrance to the Cultural Center. The annexes on both sides of the building are used as offices.
