This 340m skyscraper is part of the second phase of the city core commercial area redevelopment and will be the city’s highest building and ranked as top 100 in the world. This complex includes a shopping centre that occupies the two levels below grade connecting to neighboring developments and extending to the 4th floor. Offices occupy the 5th floor to the 45th floor, with a 5-star hotel occupying the balance of the building.

The project mandated a high level of sustainability. The form of the building responds to the influences of the sun and wind. Vertical drum wind turbines rise along the building corners generating power. Additional power is obtained through integrated photovoltaic glazing. Storm water and grey water are recycled and heat energy is extracted from sanitary waste.
