Graduated from School of Architecture, Beijing University of Technology in 2001, and became a First Class Registered Architect of China in 2008, Daixu Chen is a accomplished architect and brings a wide range of project experience to Dplus, mainly focus on residential, industrial parks, and hospitality projects. Dai Xu is one of dplus Beijing Office's veterans. He joined Dplus Beijing in 2009 as Senior Project Architect and is responsible for the firm's major residential and urban design projects. In 2015, he joined one of China's Top 50 Real Estate Groups as Head of Design. in 2019 he returned to Dplus Beijing Office as senior associate. His extensive experience as both a developer and designer allows him to think about design from multiple perspectives and create maximum potential for the project.
